What it is
Is this SEO or GEO?
No, SEO and GEO work on getting you mentioned, we measure whether an AI assistant actually orders from you when a shopper says “buy”, and we change what stops it. The visibility report is the closest thing to GEO we do, the Order Shelf and fix programme start where GEO ends
What is the difference between the two reports?
The visibility report answers “are you in the answer?”, 20 buyer questions, five assistants, share of voice and rank. The Order Shelf answers “do you get the order?”, six purchase briefs with budget, pickup, certificate and channel constraints, and which brand and seller each assistant chose. Most brands run visibility first, because a brand that is never named cannot win an order
We sell mostly on Amazon and iHerb. Does this apply?
Especially. In our first wave, Claude and Grok sent 70% of orders to Amazon, Perplexity sent 75% to pharmacy chains and Gemini sent 40% to iHerb. Being on one channel covers some assistants and not others. The audit shows which assistant sends orders where, and what your listing loses on in each
How it works
Do you place real orders?
No. Every run stops before payment. No carts are created, no accounts, no checkouts. We record what the assistant said it would order and why
What exactly do we get after the audit?
A report for your brand: your order share against every brand chosen in the category, the share by seller, channel and assistant, the reason behind each lost order, and six moves ranked by impact, each with a fixed price and timeline. Delivered in five business days. The sample report on this page is the same document built from public data
Who does the implementation, and do we lose control of our site?
Our own engineers, on Shopify or a custom stack. Every change is scoped in the audit, priced per move, and goes through your approval before it ships. You keep full access, we work in your repository or admin, not around it
What if the fixes do not move the numbers?
Every move includes a re-run of the same briefs on the same assistants and a before/after report. If your order share does not change after a move, you will see it in the data, and we will say so. We do not sell moves the audit cannot justify, which is why the audit comes first
Money and scope
Why is the audit $900 when the visibility report is $200 a month?
The visibility report reuses a category run we already make every month, so your cost is a small share of it. The Order Shelf audit is run for you: 60 grounded purchase decisions, manual verification of the decisive offers, and a costed move list written by an engineer. The fee is credited in full against a fix programme that starts within 30 days
Which categories and markets do you cover?
Any category where a shopper can ask an assistant to buy. We started with supplements and have run music software and local bike retail, a new category is a new set of briefs, not a new product. Each audit covers one market, a city or a country, and additional markets are added at $400 each
